We have friendly service, absolute expertise, groomers that value your pets needs, and demonstrate safety precautions when caring for your pet. We will never push or force your pet to do something that isn't safe for them. And we show honesty in our communication about what we think is best for your pets needs.
Our location is convenient. We're located in Honolulu. You can pull your car right up to the front of the door, so drop off and pick up is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
For your pets' safety, please note that matted dogs and double coated pets may take longer, therefore more time will be added to the grooming session.
Matting can be extremely painful and harmful to a pets skin. That's why our groomers have the patience and expertise to shave down extremely matted pets. We just ask that you give us the time it takes to safely groom your pet, because we want them to have the best, most positive, experience while they're here.
Not all dogs and cats enjoy being groomed and some require special care and attention. We try our best to accommodate all non-aggressive special-needs pets. Our one-on-one approach makes the experience less stressful for every pet. We can adapt how we perform our services to each dog's particular needs.
Do you have an elderly dog that can't stand? We have a variety of ways to comfortably groom a mobility impaired pet. Rescue dog fearful of other pups? We can schedule you on a quieter day and time and build buffers into the schedule if your dog needs space. And while we are working to safely groom them, it can be more dangerous as they are moving while we're trying to cut their hair. We are so excited to welcome you into our grooming family.
